Does the KAR fits on my bike?
Your bike must have a gap of between 5cm to 12cm at the engine location. This space is “Where the leg of the bike goes”.
With the Aston Rider Kit, wheel size doesn’t matter!
The KAR adapts to all types of bikes, no matter the size or shape.

Warranty
When buying your KAR, you have a guarantee, below we explain:
1. This warranty covers all electrical parts of the system against manufacturing defects (for example, if the system does not correspond to the product description of your purchase or does not correspond to the product publication).
2. Warranty claims should be made directly to Aston Rider
3. During the warranty period, Aston Rider will replace or repair products with a defect. If replacement or repair is excessive or impossible, or if delivery is impossible within a reasonable time, you have the right to request a price reduction or demand the dissolution of the sales contract.
4. The warranty does not cover an incorrect assembly or installation of the product by the user; improper or negligent use, operation or transformation of the product; maintenance contrary to the product maintenance instructions (for example, and if applicable, lack of battery maintenance); normal wear and tear; defects inherent in the normal useful life or useful life of the product, such as a discharged battery that can be replaced by the consumer; damage or defects due to accidents.

How do I receive my purchase?
1. IMPORTANT! We do not send battery for international purchases, we only send the kit with battery within the USA.
2. You can purchase the kit with shipping, direct to your location. We deliver in USA with USPS and UPS, and all the globe with DHL and UPS. Keep in mind that the shipping value is separate and can be paid on checkout.
3. It is important that you take into account the manufacturing time of the KAR. This can take up to 2 business days (usually same day shipping) from the moment we receive your order.
4. When your KAR is ready to ship, we will contact you to inform you about the method and its follow-up.
5. The KAR is ready to mount. You literally take the KAR out of the box, mount it on your bike, and go for a ride (as we sent you the battery half charged).
Preventive Maintenance
The best way to take care of your kit.
With Aston Rider the maintenance of your kit is very simple. At any time and in any place, for any questions that arise, just write us. A specialized advisor will be happy to help you with any problem. We also give you a free service 6 months after your purchase .. Yes, free, as if you bought a car, but 10 times cheaper!

Handlebar Throttle (optional)
Finger: If pedaling assistance isn’t your thing, opt for a handlebar throttle. This accelerator is similar to the quadricycles and is super comfortable.
Display (optional)
LED: This screen has 3 assistance modes and battery charge indicator.
LCD: This screen has 5 assistance modes, battery charge indicator, real-time speedometer, travel time, odometer, voltage indicator and USB charger to connect your cell phone.
External charging cable (optional)
Now it is easier to move with your KAR. You can load your kit anywhere. Just take the battery out of it and take it wherever you want. This external charging cable is the connector that links the charger cable to the standard plug on the removable battery.
How many miles/kilometers can I travel with the KAR?
It will depend on several factors, such as average speed, slope of the terrain, etc. In general, using it in assisted mode with pedaling you will get from 8-10km and up to 30km with expanded battery.
Can I fold my bike with the kit attached?
Of course! It does not affect or occupy space of the folding. Also for weighing less than 3 kilos does not require any effort.
I won the KAR in a raffle, can I add more accessories?
Fully insured! We have options for different battery storage capacities, handlebar throttles, and screens. Granting greater travel distance for recharging and comfort on your trips.
Do I always need to pedal to get the engine to start?
It is not necessary to keep pedaling, if you use a throttle on the handlebars, this is an optional accessory.
I have the kit installed on my first 20 wheeled bike, can I install it on a 26 wheeled bike?
Of course! You disassemble it from your old bike, and perform the same installation on the new bike. Can practically be installed on 99.9%, most bikes.
Can I install it myself, without tools or electrical knowledge?
The kit installs in minutes quite easily. It does not require electrical knowledge. You may need some common tools like a pipe wrench, pliers, and scissors.
How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
The included charger has an indicator of the battery charge status. Also, if you have a throttle to the handlebar or a screen you can know the battery charge in real time.
Do I need special tools to install the Fast Fit sensor?
No! Installs easily without disassembling any part of the bike.
I want to go faster than 15mi/h or 25km/h
The Kit Aston Rider is prepared for different speeds, you must consult the regulations of your locality for the safe use of electric wheels.
Why are there kits for electric bikes with a wheel included and more expensive?
The KAR goes on almost any bike, of any tire. Other kits need to change the wheel and demand to be special for each roll. Plus, our proprietary kit is very discreet, lightweight, and powerful. Kits on the market are heavy, expensive, and low-performance.
How does the system work if it doesn't have an accelerator?
The kit, without the (additional) throttle accessory, functions as a Pedaling Assistant. This means that the motor will start when it detects you are pedaling. And it will help you automatically, it will also decelerate when it detects that you stop pedaling.
If I run out of battery, can I disconnect the motor from the wheel?
Yes! With the manual coupling, in seconds you can remove the motor from traction with the wheel and reconnect it whenever you want.
Can the battery be easily removed for charging?
Yes! You can remove the battery at any time and put it to charge externally, for this you will need the accessory external battery charger cable.
Does the kit require any kind of maintenance?
The motor is sealed and does not need servicing. Although, in the purchase of your KAR we give you a free service after 6 months!
